RETURN/ORDER POLICY

Return Policy

Original sales receipt/invoice must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 14 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".

Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way. Shoes must be unworn and tried on a clean surface (such as cement floor/clean carpet) with clean socks worn. Skateboards must be still in shrink wrap. All items must contain original tags. All returned items must not have smells of cigar/cigarette/vape smoke, cologne/perfume/deodorant, or pet dander. Any cosmetic scuffs, dirt, or pet hair forfeits a return and the item will be sent back with no refund. 
• Within 14 calendar days of the delivery date (after 14 days no returns are allowed) 
• Must not be a special order or a custom order 
• Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 14 days noted in that item's particular item description. 

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately by emailing jd@holisticskateshop.com. Items that are shipped defective from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a return/exchange.

Holistic is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrectly provided address (labels are printed exactly as provided by the customer from the Shipping Address), theft of verifiably delivered packages left on porches/lobbies by USPS, FedEx, or UPS carriers, or items lost by shipping carriers.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. 
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 14 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 14 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

All orders are subject to cancellation at supervisors discretion. This includes orders that have different billing addresses from payment addresses, orders that violate limited product allocation per order, and orders that are being shipped to third party fulfillment/forwarding centers.
